My name's Dmitry Ermolenko. I'm self-motivated, heighly organized and perfectionist person who is always ready to study and constantly improve skills and knowledge. My great wish is to become highly skilled and experieced front-end developer in order to apply for the team lead position. As a teacher by training I enjoy teaching and mentoring people, sharing them my knowledge and experience.

Working experience
I work for Specific Group as Junior Software Developer. I support a banking system implemented in a customized language and used in a trade finance domain. Mostly I spend working time to backend development but sometimes I do testing and frontend development.

My favorite pastime is learning and selflearning. I took the following courses:

My English level is B1. I studied it at Minsk State Linguistic University for 3 years. Every day I have a lot of written and spoken practice: reading tasks and documentation, writting emails, speaking to customers and team members.
